I founded BrightPath after 12 years in Ontario classrooms because I saw too many bright students fall behind — not from lack of ability, but from gaps that classroom pace couldn't address.

Every tutor on our team is OCT-certified or holds an advanced degree in their subject. We don't just help with homework — we build understanding, study skills, and the confidence to tackle new challenges independently.

Parent feedback

What families say

My son went from dreading math to asking for extra practice. Rachel explained things in a way his school teacher never did. Worth every penny. — Priya M., parent of Grade 7 student
We tried two other tutoring centres before BrightPath. The difference is they actually track progress and adjust the plan. Her chemistry grade jumped two letter grades in one semester. — David K., parent of Grade 11 student
FAQ

Common questions

How does the free assessment work?

A 30-minute session where we evaluate your child's current level, identify gaps, and recommend a tutor and plan. No obligation to continue — but most families do.

Online or in-person?

Both work equally well. Online sessions use an interactive whiteboard and screen sharing. In-home visits are available in Toronto and Mississauga for an additional fee.

How often should my child attend?

Most students benefit from 1–2 sessions per week. Exam prep may require 2–3 sessions in the weeks leading up to tests. We'll recommend a schedule after the assessment.

Do you follow the Ontario curriculum?

Yes — all our tutors are familiar with Ontario curriculum expectations and EQAO requirements. We align lessons to what's being taught in your child's classroom.
